On-site Service

  • Available 8 hours a day during weekdays with a response time of 4 hours or the next working day;

  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a response time of 4 hours or the next working day.

Off-site Service

  • Available 8 hours a day during weekdays with a response time of 4 hours or the next working day;

  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a response time of 4 hours or the next working day.

Time packages

Alternatively, customers can acquire one package with hours available.

For customers without contract is available support under warranty or intervention with technical service On-site or off-site.
